What types of files can you translate?

Laura can translate documents in most file types, including Word Document, PDF, JPEG images, Powerpoint, and others. If you have a file type that has not been mentioned, send a query and Laura will let you know if she can work from your file type.
What are your prices?

Laura's standard rates are £0.07 per word for translation. This rate can vary depending on the file type, the difficulty of the text, the amount of editing required, expected deadline and so on. For a full, accurate quote please send the whole text you require to be translated so this can be reviewed.
How do I get a quote for your services?

To retrieve a quote you can complete the form above, or send an email to info@haustranslation.co.uk. You will receive a more accurate quote if you are able to send the full document that requires translation, so that Laura can get an accurate understanding of the work that will be involved. Things such as word count, genre, difficulty of the text, formatting requirements, and so on, can all affect pricing.
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
